Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab57483 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1-5 µg/ml.
IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 3 µg/ml.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
BAIAP2L1 (Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1-associated protein 2-like protein 1) may function as an adapter protein. It contains an IRSp53/MIM homology domain (IMD) that bundles actin filaments, and interacts with the small GTPase Rac.
IHC-P - BAIAP2L1 antibody (ab57483)

BAIAP2L1 antibody (ab57483) used in immunohistochemistry at 3ug/ml on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon.
Western blot - BAIAP2L1 antibody (ab57483)
