Lane 1 : Nuclear extract from HeLa cells at 5 µg
Lane 2 : Nuclear extract from HeLa cells at 20 µg
Predicted band size : 59 kDa
Observed band size : 70 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 150 kDa,250 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
