Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,habe ein Anliegen bzgl. eines bei Ihnen bestellten Antikörpers, den wir mit einem speziellen rekombinanten Protein ebenfalls von Ihrer Firma ausgetestet hatten. Wir haben den AK getestet mit einer AK Verdünnung von 1:200 und hatten leider nie ein Bande nachweisen können.
Dann haben wir bei Ihrer Firma das rekombinante Protein BDNF bestellt, sozusagen als positive Kontrolle für den Antikörper, und auch da konnten wir mit dem BDNF AK keine Banden sehen. (siehe Anlage)
Ein wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter unserer Arbeitsgruppe, hatte bereits mit Ihnen Kontakt aufgenommen und ihm wurde nach Einreichen der entsprechenden Western Blots Bildes eine Gutschrift bei einer nächsten Bestellung versprochen.
Der BDNF Antikörper hat die Best. Nr. ab108383 und das BDNF rekombinanten Protein die Bestell. Nr. ab9794.

Um dieszu ergründen, benötigen wir noch ein paar genauere Angaben zu Ihrem Protokoll und Ihren Proben (wie haben Sie zum Beispiel das rekombinante Protein vor Auftragen ins Gel behandelt? Was genau ist M in der Abbildung; der Marker?). Ich habe daher unseren Fragebogen als Word-Dokument an diese E-Mail angehängt. Durch das Ausfüllen erhalten wir alle nötigen Informationen, die auch für unsere Qualitätskontrolle wichtig sind.

Sobald Sie dieses Formular an uns zurückgeschickt haben, werden wir uns Ihr Protokoll ansehen und möglichst Veränderungsvorschläge machen, die Ihre Ergebnisse verbessern werden.
