I can now confirm that ab82629 was tested with partly purified SPNS2 from liver tissue.

We recommend as positive control for endogenous SPNS2 also embryonic cells or mature liver cells (FaO, HepG2).

I have been using the several antibodies from your company. Two of them are quite new genes without confirmed results commercially applied in frozen sections or paraffin sections reported.




One is Mcph1 (BRIT1, ab2612). There are some WB images, but I would like to discuss this a bit with the technique support if possible.

Another is Spns2 (ab82629). There is no WB images and no references. I wonder if any WB test had been done by your company and I may have a look at the images.
