This question is regarding the protein BST-2. Which form of the protein is identified by your anti body? 20kDa precursor or its glycosylated forms at 24 and 33, wrt human cells, endogenous. Thanks

What is recommended as a positive control for this antibody in WB?

I do not see a storage buffer listed on the product sheet (BST2 antibody). Specifically, does the ab14694 buffer contain Azide.

To answer your question. Yes, the antibody does contain 0.001% sodium azide with other preservatives. The antibody stabilization buffer also contains stabilizing proteins beside IgGs.
