Western blot analysis of BAG3 in human pancreatic cencer cell lines.

CAPAN-1 human pancreatic cancer cells were used for all lanes. Cells were heat shocked at 45 degrees for 10 min and total proteins were extracted following incubation at 37 degrees for the indicated times. Control = no heat shock treatment. Maximal BAG3 protein expression was detected at 6 h post heat shock treatment.
