ab10813 immunoprecipitating Bax. 2mg of human neuroblastoma whole cell lysate was incubated with ab10813 at a 1/1000 dilution for 16 hours and then precipitated with protein A. An HRP polyclonal antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

ab10813 (1/200) staining Bax in assynchronous Hela cells (green). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.5%Triton X-100/PBS and counterstained with DAPi in order to highlight the nucleus. Please refer to abreview for further experimental details.
