Anti-Bcl2 antibody (ab18210)

Our customer purchased ab18210, ab128568 and ab22604.
He doesn't receive those yet but, would like to confirm all of them work in mouse and rat liver sample(WB).
I checked ab18210 has rat sample as predicted reactivity and explain it.
Please confirm liver samples will be applicable.

Thank you for your inquiry and thank you for explaining to your customer that ab18210is not tested in ratyet, but very likely to work due to a high sequence homology.

I checked expressiondataof Bcl2 in liver and could not find any expression. I can recommend to use spleen as a positive control.

I want to do a rat liver immunohistochemical staining of BCL2, p53, Ki67, Bax. Having no experience with it, I would ask you to tell me about the price, the primary and secondary antibodies, as well as all other reagents that I need to do this staining wich are compatibile with rat tissue and with each other.
