The band size is indicated to be 45 kDa. Others have reported it to be at approx 60 kDa (on the WB image there is also a band at 60) - is there any information regarding this?

ANSWER:

  

The accession no. NP_005169 indicates that it is a 446 aa long protein. So the approx. size would be about 48-49 kDa. We see it at ~45 kDa. I am not sure about the 60 kDa size.
