All lanes : Anti-Bid antibody (ab63541) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : Extracts from Jurkat cells (5ug) treated
with H2O2 (100uM, 30mins)
Lane 2 : Extracts from Jurkat cells (5ug) treated with etoposide (25uM, 60 mins)
Lane 3 : Extracts from Jurkat cells (5ug) treated
with H2O2 (100uM, 30mins) and etoposide (25uM, 60 mins) with immunizing non-phosphopeptide at 5 µg
Predicted band size : 22 kDa
Observed band size : 26 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)

Ab63541 (1:50) staining human Bid in human brain tissue by immunohistochemistry using formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue.
The left hand panel is without the presence of blocking peptide, whereas the right hand panel is in the presence of blocking peptide.
