Thanks for the info... The customer has one more question find below:

"The meaning of the biotin from ABCAM TECHNICAL ( both contain biotin)) Is the biotin labelled (= Biotinylated) or one of the componets of the antibody?

"As long as I saw the web site(ABCAM.COM) it did not mention about the biotinylated of this antibody, it explains about biotin which is one of the componets of the antibody."

I apologize for the confusion. Both ab7636 and ab7393 are biotinylated.

I have a customer that has ordered ab7636 in the past and says the label states that it has biotin. She says that ab7393 should have biotin and not ab7636. Can you tell me which of the two products contains biotin and which does not.
