Then he received a bed lot, and he's asking if you have available one vial of the previous lot.

We take product complaints very seriously, and investigate every product that we feel may not be performing correctly.

If your customer wouldn't mind, it would be very helpful if they could fill out the questionnaire that I have attached to this email. This should take no longer than 5-10 minutes and the information provided will allow us to investigate this case internally and initiate additional testing where necessary.

If the product was purchased in the last six months and is being used according to our Abpromise, we would be happy to replace or refund the antibody. Unfortunately we currently do not have any of either of the lots received by your customer. Could you please let me know the order number and lot number of the antibody which was not functional?
