Immunohistochemical staining of human colon carcinoma with ab15146
ab15146 staining CA19-9 in the Human colorectal cell line C170 by Flow Cytometry. Cells were prepared by trypsinisation in PBS prior to incubation with the primary antibody (1 µg/ml in PBS) for 1 hour at 4ºC. A FITC-conjugated Rabbit anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
