Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Anti-CACNA1G + CACNA1H antibody (ab81099)
ab81099 staining CACNA1G + CACNA1H in rabbit heart tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, blocked with 6% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C and then incubated with ab81099 at a 1/50 dilution for 1 hour at 25°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal used at a 1/500 dilution.Note clean membrane staining for atrial cells.
