Western blot - CAMKK2 antibody (ab70908)
All lanes : Anti-CAMKK2 antibody - N-terminal (ab70908) at 1/50 dilution
Lane 1 : Nontransfected 293 cell lysate
Lane 2 : 293 cell lysate transiently transfected with the CAMKK2 gene
Lysates/proteins at 2 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 65 kDa
Observed band size : 72 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 70 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - CAMKK2 antibody - N-terminal (ab70908)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma tissue labelled with ab70908 at 1/10 dilution followed by peroxidise conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
