ab32144, at a 1/100 dilution, staining human spleen by immunohistochemistry, Paraffin embedded tissue
ab32144 staining monkey spleen tissue sections by IHC-P. Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer pH 6.0 prior to blocking in 0.01% casein for 5 minutes at 20°C. The primary antbody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 30 minutes at 20°C. A HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.

ab32144 staining CCR2 in Human PBMC by Flow Cytometry. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS; 2% BSA; 0.1% NaN3), for 1 hour at 4ºC. An Alexa Fluor®-conjugated Goat polyclonal to Rabbit IgG (1/200) was used as secondary antibody.
Gating strategy: Alive monocytes.
