  Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - CCR2 antibody [E68] (ab32144)

ab32144 staining monkey spleen tissue sections by IHC-P.  Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer pH 6.0 prior to blocking in 0.01% casein for 5 minutes at 20°C.  The primary antbody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 30 minutes at 20°C.  A HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.

  Flow Cytometry - CCR2 antibody [E68] (ab32144)

ab32144 staining CCR2 in Human PBMC by Flow Cytometry. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS; 2% BSA; 0.1% NaN₃), for 1 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor^®-conjugated Goat polyclonal to Rabbit IgG (1/200) was used as secondary antibody.

Gating strategy: Alive monocytes.
