Anti-CCR2 antibody (ab25788)

As the antibody is not working as guaranteed and after having review your protocol, I do not think there is anything I can suggest that will help, then I will be happy to either replace or refund the cost of the antibody.

If you can provide me with the original Abcam order information and the abID of the product you wish to receive as a replacement, I will be happy to resolve this issue for you.

We recently bought two of your antibodies. Anti-CCR2 antibody (ab25788) didn’t give us any staining. We would like to get replacement or refund for this particular one.

Anti-CCR3 antibody (ab36827) gave some staining which possibly may be specific. We continue to work with it.

The antibody, ab25788, is covered under our Abpromise for six months and is guaranteed to work in Flow Cyt, WB, ICC, IHC-P on mouse samples. If we cannot resolve the issue you are having with the antibody then I would be happy to either send a replacement antibody or to process a refund.

To be able to better assist you in this matter, would you be able to send me a copy of the protocol that you have been using with ab25788, including the species you are testing and I will see if there are any protocol suggestions that I can make.

What antigen retreival technique was used when this antibody was tested in IHC - paraffin?

We recommend using the heat mediated antigen retrieval method using citrate buffer pH 6.0, steaming for 20 minutes followed by cooling for 20 minutes.
