Specificity
Human CCR6 reacts with CCR6 transfected cells and not with the parent cell line by flow cytometry. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with CCR1, CCR2, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, CCR7, CXCR1, CXCR2, CXCR3, CXCR4 and STRL33 transfected cells.

Spleen, lymph nodes, appendix, and fetal liver. Expressed in lymphocytes, T-cells and B-cells but not in natural killer cells, monocytes or granulocytes.
