Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - CCR6 antibody (ab78429)
ab78429 at 0.5ug/ml staining CCR6 in human large intestine tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A Biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary at 1/200 dilution.
Western blot - CCR6 antibody (ab78429)
All lanes : Anti-CCR6 antibody (ab78429) at 0.75 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Tissue lysate prepared from Rat Thymus
Lane 2 : Whole cell lysate prepared from Human MCF7 cells
Lane 3 : Whole cell lysate prepared from Hela cells
Lane 4 : Cell lysate prepared from smmc cells
Lysates/proteins at 50 µg per lane.
Secondary
HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1/3000 dilution
Predicted band size : 42 kDa
Observed band size : 50 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
