Integrin alpha-L/beta-2 is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3 and ICAM4. It is involved in a variety of immune phenomena including leukocyte-endothelial cell interaction, cytotoxic T-cell mediated killing, and antibody dependent killing by granulocytes and monocytes.

ab13219 staining CD11 + CD18 in Mouse splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Cells were prepared in PBS + 1% BSA. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated Goat anti-mouse polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
