Anti-CD11b antibody (ab75476)

Thanks for your email. Further to our conversation on the phone, my supervisor has agreed to choosing 5 antibodies: 4 positive markers and 1 negative marker. The names of the antigens, as well as the clones that may suit the assay best, are tabulated below. It would be best to have them all conjugated with FITC and from a similar IgG subclass; so that I can use only one isotype control. The dye preferred will be FITC, as it works everywhere.
I would be dearly grateful if you can provide me with the discount codes, for the following

We unfortunately cannot provide ab20147 and ab54217 as FITC conjugated antibodies because we do not custom conjugate the antibodies.

We however have the following anti CD90 FITC conjugated antibodies that may be of your interest

We do not have anti CD73 FITC conjugated antibodies in catalogue.

ab11415 is the same FITC conjugated version of ab11414.

CD271: We have ab8877 which is fully tested with Sheep samples and is guaranteed to work.

CD34: ab963, ab8536, ab30375, ab30377 are the sheep specific antibodies.

CD11b: It seems ab75476, ab62817 can cross react due to immunogenic sequence homology.

CD14: No antibodies

CD45: No antibodies

MHC class I: No antibodies

MHC class II: ab34007

Please also find attached the Excel list of target specific antibodies we have. The list may help you in selecting the right antibody.

I can confirm that this antibody (ab52478: Anti-CD11b antibody [EP1345Y]) is raised in rabbit; it has been tested for cross-reactivity only with mouse and human CD11b. It has not been tested with rat samples so it is unknown if ab52478 recognizes rat CD11b.

I have conducted a search for you and found 9 antibodies against CD11b which recognizes rat protein. All of them (ab8879, ab78457, ab75476, ab33838, ab1211, ab33827, ab112239, ab112170) have been raised in mouse. Currently, we do not sell rabbit antibodies against rat CD11b.
