ab754 at a dilution of 1/100 staining CD15 from human bronchus sections by Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded sections). The antibody was incubated with the tissue for 2 hours and then detected with an Alexa-Fluor®  488 conjugated anti-mouse IgM antibody.
