Recommended dilutions
IHC:
For an ABC system, dilute 1:25-50 and incubate for 30-60 minutes at RT.
For formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC.

Relevance
|
CD1a is a non polymorphic MHC Class 1 related cell surface glycoprotein, expressed in association with Beta 2 microglobulin. CD1a is expressed by cortical thymocytes, Langerhan's cells and by interdigitating cells. CD1a is also expressed by some malignancies of T cell lineage and in histiocytosis X.

Ab708 positively staining acetone fixed, frozen human skin sections (1/25).
The secondary Ab used was biotin conjugated anti mouse (1/1) and formed part of of a commercially available kit (Vector labs RTU ABC kit). This image is courtesy of an Abreview submitted on 11 October 2005. We do not have any further information relating to this image.
