Mouse monoclonal [WM25] to CD1b

Specificity

ab78220 reacts with an epitope distinct from human thymocyte antigen - 1 (43 kDa) that is expressed on the majority of thymocytes and approximately 50% of cases of T ALL. ab78220 does not stain Langerhans cells. Antigen distribution: Thymocytes 80 + 10% Granulocytes < 1% Monocytes < 1% B cells (E+) < 1% T cells (E-) < 1% Peripheral blood lymphocytes < 1%
