ab32090 and ab78237 are the same clone so, let us forget about L26 and have a different Ab image to compare with ab78237 (upper image). I used an anti CD3 polyclonal on a near sequential section to illustrate the differential distribution of CD3/CD20 (lower image). Ab78237 can be diluted further, even with my stABCpx method. Commercial micropolymer kits will allow even further dilution of the primary Ab.
