Immunohistochemical analysis of murine brain tissue, staining CD200 / OX2 with ab33734.
Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% BSA + 5% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/600 in 5% BSA + 5% NGS) for 17 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated goat anti-rat polyclonal IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
