An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.

    Yes, the epitope of this antibody is intracellular. Therefore it will be necessary to permeabilize the cells for flow cytometry.
