Thank you for your inquiry To our knowledge, the epitope has not been mapped. I quickly searched the literature for this clone, but was unable to find any information about epitope mapping of this clone. The immunogen for this antibody was the full length protein. Because the antibody does block the activity of the receptor, it can safely be assumed that the epitope is extracellular. I hope this information is helpful.
