Anti-CD4 antibody [BC/1F6] (ab846)

I am sorry to confirm that as far as we are aware, this antibody has only been tried with an antigen retrieval step in IHC.The Abreviews submitted by other customers for this applications indicate they have all used heat mediated retrieval.

This type of step will often require some individual optimization. Therefore, I can suggest you could consider trying the procedure without antigen retrieval on a test slide to see if this works.

Does ab51312 , ab846 and ab4055 react with calf tissue for IHC-P?

I have checked the datasheets of these three antibodies and though they have been tested for IHC-P, their cross-reactivity with bovine has not been determined yet. I have also conducted a search for you using our advanced search engine and none of our antibodies against CD 4 and CD8 which are currently in the catalogue have been tested in bovine.

We want order Anti-CD4 antibody  for formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded section staining. We found three kinds of Anti-CD4 antibodies and we do not know which one is better.
