Thank you for your enquiry. Mouse monoclonal [MAB89] to CD40 (ab19684) was characterized as part of the Leucocyte Workshop VI. Testing was done by IHC (frozen sections), Western blot, and functional studies. There are several published references listed on the datasheet for this antibody.
