ab19622 at 1/400 staining human prostate cells by ICC/IF. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked with 20% serum for 1 h at 24°C before incubation with the primary antibody for 20 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® conjugated donkey anti-rat was used as the secondary antibody.

Overlay histogram showing MCF-7 cells stained with ab19622 (red line). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and incubated in 1x PBS / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M glycine to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with the antibody (ab19622, 1/50 dilution) for 30 min at 22ºC. Isotype control antibody (black line) was rat IgG2b [RTK4530] (
ab19622 staining CD44 in Pig skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 25ºC; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer (10mM; pH6.0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 12 hours at 4ºC. An undiluted Biotin-conjugated Donkey anti-rat IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
