Observed band size : 95 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 30 kDa (possible isoform),35 kDa (possible isoform),70 kDa (possible isoform).
It is probable that this protein runs higher than the predicted MW as it likely to be glycosylated.
