Thank you for checking. I am still puzzled by why abcam states on the data sheetthat the ab reacts with rat if it wasn't quality controlled.

Yes, it does appear that rat was mistakenly listed as a 'Tested application' and I thank you for bringing this to our attention. Although we have not had a complaint regarding ab41478 in over 3 years, I will remove Rat as a tested species from this product.

Is there any rat data available using this antibody?

I'm afraid we have never tested this on rat – we only test this in house in WB in human lysates and it doesn’t look like there’s any references orAbreviews citing use with rat either.

Please suggest a positive control product to use with ab41478 in IHC-P
