Flow Cytometry - CD46 antibody [MEM-258] (ab789)
ab789 detecting CD46 in Human THP-1 cells by Flow Cytometry. Cells were 1.25X10^5 cells/sample in 2% FBS/0.05% NaN3/PBS. The primary antibody was used at a concentration of 0.5 µg/cells and incubated with the sample for 15 minutes at 22ºC. The secondary antibody was a FITC-conjugated F(ab') Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) polyclonal antibody used at a concentration of 20 µg/ml.
