ab51598 was is conjugated with Rphycoerythrin(PE). The molecular F/P ratio is between 1.0 – 2.0.
Specificity
This monoclonal antibody is directed against the CD66acde antigen (molecular mass 180-200 kDa; phosphoprotein, 90 kDa; PI-linked protein), which is expressed on mature human granulocytes. The antibody reacts with 100% of mature human peripheral granulocytes. It reacts weakly with malignant cells of patients with B cell derived Chronic Lymphoid Leukaemia (CLL). The antibody does not react with normal human peripheral B cells, T cells, monocytes and platelets.

CD66a, CD66c, CD66d and CD66e are four members of the carcinoembryonic antigen family and are expressed on human neutrophils. In neutrophils these proteins are activation antigens in that their surface expression is increased following stimulation.
