Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - CD90 / Thy1 antibody [AF-9] (ab23894)

ab23894 staining CD90/Thy1 in Human myometrial tissue sections by IHC-Fr (frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) for 18 hours. An undiluted Biotin-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as secondary antibody.
