Recommended dilutions
IP: Use at a concentration of 2 µg/ml (denatured lysate) (with protein G).
WB: Use at a concentration of 2 µg/ml (2 hours at RT). Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 55 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Cdh1 plays important role in mitotic regulation.
