Anti-FZR1 antibody (ab89535)

We were looking for an antibody to E-cadherin, whose official gene symbol is CDH1. We found this antibody, and since it uses CDH1 as the main name we thought it was the appropriate antibody. When we got it, the bands were the wrong size for E-cadherin on a Western. Upon further reading the product information sheet, we noticed that the sequence and refseq ID (NP_057347) given are actually for FZR1. While CDH1 has been used as an alias for FZR1, such use is not an approved HUGO gene symbol. Furthermore, nowhere on the product information sheet or the web page (http://www.abcam.com/cdh1-antibody-ab89535.html) does it make reference to these synonyms which would have told us it is the wrong antibody before purchase. Therefore, as we were misled by the product information provided by Abcam, we are requesting a refund of the purchase price or a replacement antibody suitable for staining the real CDH1 (E-cadherin, NCBI GeneID 999) in Western blots.

The Uniprot link on the datasheet http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9UM11 is showing FZR1. I understand that this is not enough.
