Dear abcam,

I have a question regarding a CEACAM6 antibody that I have been ordering from you several times now (CEACAM6, 9A6, ab78029).

It seems that the reaction with this antibody is a bit batch-dependent. Unfortunately I cannot see if it is due to variations in the antibody-concentration, as it is seemingly not listed on the datasheet.

Can you verify if the antibody concentration is constant or variable between batches with this antibody?

Lot #1: GR23152-2

Lot #2: GR68564-1

I observed some differences between the two lots listed above…

The batch-to-batch differences for monoclonal antibodies are not so significant as for polyclonal but slight variations can still occur due to manufacturing factors.
I can confirm that GR23152-2 was made at 115 ug/ml and GR68564-1 was made at 104 ug/ml.
