WB WB: Use a concentration of 1 - 5 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 24 kDa.
IHC-P IHC-P: Use a concentration of 3 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the microwave method before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Pretreatment of sample in 1X citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and microwave at 750W for 20 minutes is recommended.
ELISA ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
