Recommended dilutions Flow Cyt: Neat - 1/10. Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100µl.
IHC-Fr: Use at a concentration of 5 - 50 µg/ml.
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Relevance
|
CTLA4 has a critical role in T cell differentiation and contributes to the maintenance of peripheral T cell tolerance to self antigens. It exerts its major effects on T cell immune responses via regulation of the cell cycle and may be involved in T cell activation. It binds to B7-1 (CD80) and B7-2 (CD86), and it contains one immunoglobulin-like V type domain. It is widely expressed, with highest levels in lymphoid tissues.
