Recommended dilutions Flow Cyt: Use at a concentration of 5 - 10 µg/ml. Add 10µl to 1-2.5x105 cells in total reaction volume 200µl. IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Neut: Use at a concentration of 1 - 6 µg/ml in the presence of 7ng/ml of rhl-TAC, using the hCXCR3 transfected BaF/3 cells in a chemotaxis assay.
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Relevance
|
CXCR3 is a receptor for CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 and mediates the proliferation of human mesangial cells (HMC). Isoform 2 is a receptor for CXCL4 and also mediates the inhibitory activities of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 on the growth of human microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC). Isoform 2 may play a role in angiogenesis. Isoform 3 mediates activity of CXCL11.
