What is the recommended retrieval buffer to use with this antibody for IHC-P?

ANSWER:

Please refer to the following method used to pre-treat samples: Place sample in 1X citrate buffer (pH 6.0) in pressure cooker under 125℃ for 4min and under 90℃ for 45min, cool sample subsequently. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.  

Thanks, as you recommended I would like to try ab2074.  What would happen if this one will turn out to be the same? I have been spent over 3 months for this optimization and we have wasted lots of time and reagent for this project. Please discuss with this your management and let me know.
