Anti-CYP2U1 antibody (ab80067) at 1/50 dilution + A2058 cell line lysate at 35 µg
Predicted band size : 62 kDa
Observed band size : 62 kDa
Additional bands at : 40 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)-CYP2U1 antibody(ab80067)
ab80067 at 1/50 dilution staining CYP2U1 in human brain tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
