All lanes : Anti-CaMK2 beta gamma delta antibody (ab79359) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : Rat brain cell extract
Lane 2 : Rat brain cell extract with immunising peptide at 10 µg
Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 73 kDa
Observed band size : ~73 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : ~50 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
