Lane 1 : Whole cell lysate from human testis-derived Hs1.Tes cells (treated with SF)
Lane 2 : Whole cell lysate from human testis-derived Hs1.Tes cells (treated with TNF-alpha)
Predicted band size : 81 kDa
The latent large subunit migrates at about 81 kD on reduced SDS PAGE gels, and truncation at the amino terminal end yields an approximately 58 Kd form. A cascade of smaller forms can be seen with further activation.
