I am sorry that the vial you received was contaminated and can confirm that a replacement vial will be sent to you this afternoon on order 241265. If you still experience problems with the new vial please provide your protocol details via the links below and we will look into this matter and see if we can provide suggestions to improve the results. If the problem is antibody related we will be happy to offer a refund on your original order if you contact us within 120 days of receipt of the new vial and if the antibody doesn't perform as described on the datasheet.
