I need a anti-rat biotin conjugated secondary Ab raised in goat to perform IHC on human joint tissue. In addition to ab6275, you have ab6619, 6256, 7176 in your catalog that match that description. Can you tell me if there is any difference between these antibodies and which one you recommend for this application (IHC)?

Ab6275: Biotin Conjugated F(ab')2 Fragment of Affinity Purified anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 [Goat] Minimum Cross Reactivity to Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins - This product is the F(ab')2 portion of the goat IgG that is raised against Rat F(ab')2. Ab7176: Biotin Conjugated Fab Fragment of Affinity Purified anti-Rat IgG [H&L] [Goat] - This product is the Fab portion (single Fab fragments) of the Goat IgG raised against Rat IgG. Ab6256:Biotin Conjugated F(ab')2 Fragment of Affinity Purified anti-Rat IgG F(c) [Goat] Minimum Cross Reactivity to Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins - This product is the F(ab')2 portion of the goat IgG that is raised against Rat F(c). Typically Fab and Fab2 fragments will bind less than the entire IgG molecule. This means these types of products are good for assays in which very low background is desired.
