Can you please provide the immunogenic peptide sequence or perform an alignment with the cow DNA/protein sequence for me?

The originator of ab49231 and ab49232 has informed us that the homologies between the Cathepsin B immunogenic peptides and bovine (Bos taurus) are:

For ab49231 (Cathepsin B antibody - Propeptide domain) -

Identities = 32/42 (76%) Positives = 38/42 (90%) Gaps = 0/42 (0%)

For ab49232 (Cathepsin B antibody - Catalytic domain) -

Identities = 29/38 (76%) Positives = 31/38 (81%) Gaps = 5/38 (13%)

Based on this information, we would predict ab49231 to have a pretty high chance of crossreacting and ab49232 to have some chance of crossreacting. However, this has not been tested.
